Classic Car Company Romsey Restorations has recently been bought by LHCCC members St.John West and Martin Biggs.Romsey Restorations has be trading from its current premises on Romsey Trading Estate for 27 years and has earned an enviable reputation for all aspects of the care and restoration of classic cars and we have retained the services of founder David, who will be known to many in the classic car world.St.John has over 30 years experience in the automotive trade, having served his apprenticeship at KeeWest, specialising in Gordon Keeble, Bristol, Aston Martin, MG and Mini Coopers. Since then he has worked for Williams F1, McLaren Racing, Force India amongst others before setting up his own Classic Car Restoration Company. His recent commissions have included ground-up restorations of an AC 428, Mini Cooper, Rover P5 as well as numerous Jaguar restorations.Martin served an appreticeship on light aircraft and has spent over 30 years working as an engineer in aerospace, the automotive trade and industry.Romsey Restorations continues to offer all aspects of classic car care from servicing to full restoration, as well as caring for modern cars.Romsey Restorations is always happy to offer unconditional advice about any car related issues and our door is always open for a chat and a cup of tea, we may even throw in a biscuit!Romsey Restorations labour rates are £40 an hour and LHCCC members receive a 10% discount.Tel 01794 523053info@romseyrestorations.co.ukwww.romseyrestorations.co.uk
